CTCNet works together with its member organizations to provide networking, capacity building, program development, and partnership opportunities to support its members in their respective missions. For a $100 annual fee, members have access to all of CTCNet's services and are immediately connected to a national network of peers and expertise.

Grant Programs include:
Connections for All aims to enhance the capacity of CTCs to serve people with a broad range of abilities by offering training and funding opportunities.
Youth Visions for Stronger Neighborhoods is designed to give youth and community technology programs the opportunity to engage in community decision-making to strengthen their neighborhoods. Established in the fall of 2003, this project annually provides $185,000 in grants to community technology programs.
Connections for Tomorrow (C4T) provides technical assistance and grants to community-based and faith-based organizations located in Illinois, California and Massachusetts. Established in the fall of 2002, this project annually provides $750,000 in grants to community technology programs.
CTC VISTA Project is a collaboration between AmeriCorps VISTA, CTCNet, and the College of Public and Community Service (CPCS) at the University of Massachusetts at Boston. CPCS manages this project and has provided coordination, recruitment, training and support for more than 100 VISTAs across the country.
Access to Action is an exploratory project designed to help bridge gaps between the fields of community technology and community development and increase the capacity of CTCs to become a force for positive social change. The project provided planning grants to CTCs to develop proposals that will lead to more effective use of CTCs as public spaces and community institutions. The project is also intended to build CTCNet's capacity to support CTCs nationwide in their community building efforts.
