What Motivates You?

"The phrase "I did it!" From our preschoolers to our senior citizens. This phrase is the one they use most when they are excited. After all the years (20+++) in technology, it is still the phrase that makes a difference to me. It doesn't matter whether it is a preschooler using the mouse to get the red square in the right boxcar or a grandmother emailing her grandchild for the first time."
