The 2008 Community Technology Conference will feature numerous opportunities to connect your organization with over 500 community-based technology access and training programs from across the country. Conference attendees represent a diverse audience of leaders and practitioners from the public, private, public interest and academic sectors, attending the conference to learn more and make decisions about which technology and information resources to share with their communities.


This year's Conference will also celebrate CTCNet's 18 years as a support network for more than 1,000 community technology centers, united in their commitment to support and improve the social, economic, educational, and cultural life of their communities through information and communications technology.

Exhibitor applications will be accepted on a rolling basis, first-come first-served. Upon receipt of your application form and payment, CTCNet will:

Rates

Standard Rate (for-profit): $1,000 Nonprofit and Government Rate: $600


Rates include:

  • one 6’ x 30” skirted table (or up to 8’ x 10’ booth space)

  • one conference registration

  • listing and link on conference website

  • 50-word description in conference program book

  • conference attendee list

Program Book Advertising and Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

Ad space is available for $500 (full page, b/w) or $250 (half-page, b/w). Additional sponsorship opportunities are available on the last page of this packet.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION


Utilities and Audio-Visual

Internet, electricity and audio-visual equipment and services are available from the Hyatt Regency Washington at an additional cost. Exhibitors are responsible for arranging for any needed utilities and audio-visual directly with the hotel. CTCNet will provide confirmed exhibitors with an order form.

Conference Registration

Exhibitor fee includes one (1) conference registration. Hotel and accommodations must be arranged separately by the exhibitor directly with the hotel. Confirmed exhibitors will receive registration instructions.
